✅ Roles & Responsibilities – “Nursery duties” is a broad term. Does the family expect light housekeeping? Meal prep? Laundry? Be clear from the start.
✅ Working Hours & Flexibility – What are the contracted hours? If a parent comes home early, does the nanny still work? If extra hours are needed, how is that handled?
✅ Salary & Benefits – This includes holiday pay, overtime rates, and pension contributions.
✅ Notice Period & Contract Review – What happens if circumstances change? Having a clear exit strategy benefits both parties.

Finding the Right Fit
